Legal
A short, honest description of what happens to the information you share with us, no legalese where plain language will do.
When you send a project inquiry through the contact form, we receive the details you enter: your name, email address, company or brand name, website URL (if provided), project type, estimated budget, expected timeline, and project description.
This website does not use advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or fingerprinting scripts. There is no account system, so no passwords or profiles are stored.
We use your inquiry details for one purpose only: to understand your project and reply to you. Your email address is used to respond to your message, nothing else.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers, data brokers, or unrelated third parties.
Form submissions are delivered to our business inbox over SMTP. Basic spam protections (a hidden honeypot field, a submission-time check, and a per-network rate limit) run on the server to keep the form usable. These protections process the request temporarily; they do not build profiles or track you across sites.
Inquiry emails live in our regular email inbox under the same retention practices as any business correspondence. If you would like your message and details deleted, email us and we will remove them.
This site links to external services, Instagram, WhatsApp, and email. Those services have their own privacy policies, and once you leave veltolabs.in their terms apply. WhatsApp messages, for example, are handled by WhatsApp/Meta under their policy.
You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the email below and we will respond promptly.
If how this site handles information ever changes, this page will be updated to match. The date at the top reflects the latest revision.
